Founder and CEO, Mr. Romer entered the real estate appraisal profession in 1987 as a commercial appraiser after spending five years as the Branch Manager for the Illinois, Indiana, and Puerto Rico operations of a family-owned armed and unarmed security guard business with 2,500 employees. By circa 1990, Mr. Romer completed a Lotus 123/Word Perfect-based commercial appraisal valuation program that generated 100+ page narrative appraisal reports. Over time, the program was contemporized into Microsoft Excel/Word, copyrighted, annually updated with new features and expanded utilities, and instrumental in managing both the quality of appraisals and the growth of WestRock Appraisal Services.
Abe Romer
President
With over 20 years of experience with WestRock Appraisal Services, Abe Romer is the next generation of WestRock leadership and the face of the company. He leads WestRock's marketing efforts and is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Mr. Romer oversees both the Customer Satisfaction and Business Development teams in WestRock’s national expansion campaigns. With a focus on client satisfaction, his endeavors include attracting potential customers, maintaining existing relationships, and growth initiatives via new market entry.
Adam Rosen
Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Marketing
Mr. Rosen is WestRock’s Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Marketing, leading the national and international expansion endeavors. Mr. Rosen was a trial attorney for 12 years in New York City, including serving as a senior trial attorney for the New York City Corporation Counsel. For over 2 decades Mr. Rosen operated his own investor relations consulting business and was a leading conduit to Wall Street for over two dozen Israeli tech companies, as well as for various natural resource and biotech/pharmaceutical companies. Over the course of his work in investor relations, Mr. Rosen brought institutional investors into his clients' stocks translating into several billions of market capitalization appreciation.
Patrick Henry Natural
Vice President of Strategic Marketing
Mr. Natural originates from the corporate culture of AT&T and spent more than a decade in the management staff, and also recipient of a Manager of the Year award during his tenure. Patrick directs WestRock’s marketing efforts which includes branding and corporate name recognition, web search and optimization, website development, HubSpot and API integration, social media management, campaign content and blog creation, and is instrumental in WestRock’s national appraiser collaboration pursuits and state licensing initiatives.
Joie Stabile
Director of Operations
Ms. Stabile started as an appraiser trainee four years ago at WestRock and succeeded in becoming the company’s leading producer. A talented and gifted appraisal instructor with an unusually strong work ethic and an unrealized force of nature, Joie excels in overseeing WestRock’s operational expansion throughout the country and eventually, internationally.
Barry Eizik
Management Consultant
Mr. Eizik brings 40+ years of corporate management, purchasing and contract negotiations. Barry has a long history working with and for Fortune 500 companies and provides insight on WestRock’s corporate growth and organizational development. Mr. Eizik is one of WestRock’s principal advisers and supports WestRock’s ownership in overseeing company policy, formation, and corporate growth and management.
