Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your appraisal order. If you cancel your appraisal order prior to any work completed a full refund will be issued to the card used for payment. If any part of the appraisal work was completed prior to request for cancellation, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the remaining work that was not performed.

We only collect information we need that is related to your appraisal order. This includes your:

In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

Credit Card Account Information
WestRock Appraisal Services, Inc. does not disclose credit card account information provided by its clients. When clients choose to pay using their credit card, WestRock submits the information needed to obtain payment to our third party payment processing company and no credit card information is stored on any WestRock System.

If a client suspects WestRock has handled its personal information in a manner that does not comply with this privacy statement, please contact us immediately.
